    Overview

    Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we canโ€™t offer you a full refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

    10.3 Financial Statements / Credit Facilities

    Neftaly demonstrates financial capacity to deliver the project (minimum R750,000 required):

    • Latest bank statement showing available balance (stamped by bank, not older than one month prior to bid submission).
    • Credit facility statement from an FSP-registered institution (if applicable).
    • Financial statements showing solvency, liquidity, and ability to execute project deliverables.

    10.4 Reference Letters and Completed Projects

    Neftaly provides references for previous projects that demonstrate expertise in registration, compliance support, business licence audits/enforcement, training, and partnership optimisation:

    10.5 Proof of Company Accreditation

    10.6 Municipal Accounts / Lease Agreements (Specific Goals)

    Neftaly provides evidence to support specific goal points:

    • Current municipal account in the name of Neftaly, not older than three months.
    • Lease agreement where applicable, confirming physical presence within the Ekurhuleni demarcation.

    10.7 Health and Safety Plan / Risk Assessment
